The goal of this release is to hit the min bar for developers to write Thali applications that work with both ad-hoc networking and more general peer-to-peer scenarios. We expect to be missing critical features that make the system usable by general users but these should be features (like security auditing, Quota enforcement, etc.) that aren't front line for issues for someone wanting to test out writing a Thali application.
This is really a holding bag for issues that we think need to be resolved to meet the milestone 2 requirements. Specifically collections of features will be packed together for sub-releases within Milestone 2.
