Updated Release: Milestone 2.1 - CouchDB Standalone Applications

In this release we will provide all the infrastructure needed to write a http://guide.couchdb.org/editions/1/en/standalone.html as the primary way to write Thali applications. This means you write a HTML/JS/Css app, load it as Couch attachments and you now have a Thali app.

Note, that we already have libraries for both Java (both JVM and Android) as well as .net to support native clients.
